Well not much to report on, other then I was just about finished making a lovely handbag for my little sister & my machine had a hissy fit! I am not happy about it! I got really frustrated & walked away, it is now nearly a week & I havnt been back to it! Naught naughty! I am going to try & get some motivation to attempt to have a look at it & see what the problem is, I have a busy day tomorrow with Kinder drop of & then grocery shopping with the 2 little ones, so I am hoping that after lunch before we pick up Miss M that I can have a look at it. I have a HEAP of stuff I want to get cracking on!
Anyway enough complaining from me, I am off, have a sick hubby so better go & make sure he is alright.

Nothing New!
Well I havn't being doing much sewing since last week. I am waiting on some material from the USA & also a few other bits & pieces from all over the place before I can get stuck into a few different projects.
I really need to make myself a list of all the things that I want to get done, at the moment I am getting nothing done as I have SO much that I want to do I am finidng it hard to pick one thing & run with it! I am currently attempting to get Miss M's album completed, it is for the yr 2006-2007. I just have 2 layouts left!! When Mr B was born & then Christmas 2007, so I am nearly done! Then I have to make a start on Miss L's birth-12month album & Mr B's 2008-2009 album, somewhere in there I also have to get another album for Miss M, 2008-2009! I really need to spend a fair bit of time trying to catch up a bit on the kids albums, I am SO far behind & am having another baby just to add to it!!
Anyway I will be back at some stage & might even put up a To Do List, so that I can see what I need to get done!

Pants Done :)
Well I finished of the 3/4's I was making for Miss M, she loves them! I have to buy more elastic, Spotlight didnt have the sort I needed so I have made do for now with some other elastic, as Miss M just wanted to wear them to kinder!
I am really happy with the fit of them, I modified a pants pattern that I already had, making them shorter & adding in the pockets, also make the leg fit less baggy.

1st of 4year old Kinder :(
Well today is Madi's 1st day of 4year old kinder, she attended 3year old kinder last year so knew what today was all about. She was VERY excited about going & was hasseling from 7.30 this morning to go!
So while she has been away today, B has slept & played, L has pretty much done the same, I made some muffins & have been having a play with a pattern to make M some 3/4's, I have altered the pattern to put side pockets in & also cargo style pockets on the side. Just need to sew them up, might do it tonight, have to leave soon to pick up M.
Will post some picks up when I have finished them, I think I need more elastic for the waist so might have to duck to spotlight tomorrow to grab some.

Dora Dress
This is the Dora dress that I made for Madi on Thursday, I didn't use a pattern so am very glad with how it turned out. Madi loves it which is great!
Excuse the hair & the beads on Madi's head, she had been dressing up before trying on dress.

Well I thought that it was about time I put something together to show off/keep track of all the different things that I create thru my sewing, quilting & scrapbooking.
I will be honest, sometimes all at once there will be an abundance of updates of the different things that I have been up to & other times there me not be anything for days/weeks. I am pregnant with Mine & Adam's 4th child, we have a 4 1/2 year old daughter Madeline, 2 year old son Brayden & 8 month old daughter Lillian. So as you can imagine it can be quite busy around here! Madi also starts 4 year old kinder this week & will be attending 2 days a week, she is really looking forward to it!
Anyway I am going to upload a couple of photos of a notebook cover that I made for my nieces b'day & a Dora dress that Madi insisted I make before we went to her cousins b'day party, made for a busy Thursday sewing!
